My dad will turn over his Cadillac Eldorado to me by the end of this month here in Houston, Texas. I am pretty worried about its engine performance since he had used this car for more than 3 years. What are the main engine features of this coupe?

Cadillac has been renowned for producing high end and top quality cars. One of their major launches when it comes to Coupe cars is the Eldorado. It was launched way back 2002 and comes in 2 models, the ESC and the ETC.
Both coupes share the Cadillac’s 4.6-liter, twin-cam Northstar V8 engine. As I can remember, it was an upgrade from the 2000 model which features lower emissions, silent operation and it is capable of running on regular fuel.
